SHIPPING & RETURNS

Cart level orders over $300 are eligible for free shipping! Exclusions apply, applicable to lower USA 48 states excluding Alaska & Hawaii. Puerto Rico and international orders do not qualify for free shipping over $300. International orders are not eligible for product returns. 

Larger items which require freight fixed shipping are also excluded. Typically body panels such as fenders, hoods, wings which require additional handling and freight pickup. Freight carrier may contact customer to place a delivery date. 

Customizable order items are not subject to return, i.e. personalized shift knobs, steering wheels, shift boots, and vinyl. 

All orders that are placed on GR Performance Parts no longer than 30 days after placing may be able to be returned. All returns/canceled orders are subject to up to 20% restocking fee. This is waived if you choose to hold store credit. Shipping costs on returned items are non-refundable. All returns must be sent back in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. The returned item cannot have been installed or damaged. Any merchandise returned must not have been worn or dirtied. 

 

Returns parameters to consider.

• Order was placed less that 30 days ago.
• The part was not installed on the vehicle and is in the original packaging
• The part is not damaged or merchandise has not been worn/dirtied
• Subject to a 20% restocking fee or customer can opt into store credit
• No international returns 
• No personalized items
